Coaching rates:

• $500/hour for managers and executives of corporations

• $250/hour for individual professionals and leaders of startups, churches, and nonprofits

Most clients choose 3–12 hours for a package, meaning professionals can work with us for as low as $375 with the discount.

Our most requested coaching program is Speaking for Impact, based on Dr. AZ's new book.

2. Workshops (1 Day)

We offer three levels:

• Off-the-shelf: $2,000

• Customized: $3,000

• Highly tailored: $5,000

With 50% OFF, organizations can bring a workshop for $1,000–$2,500 depending on the level. Webinar formats are available at a lower rate.

Most frequent topics: Conflict Resolution & Negotiation, and High Impact Presenter.

3. Retreats (2–3 Days)

We offer three tiers:

• Done For You: $20,000 (3 days)

• Done With You: $15,000

• Done By You: $10,000

Our most requested retreat is the Strategic Planning Session, which includes facilitation, note-taking, and creation of the final strategic plan (for Done for You). With 50% OFF, the investment becomes $5,000–$10,000.
